Great song, and salient sentiment. She nailed it. This song gives voice to what so many of us are feeling. Thank you, brilliant Camille. You help keep us strong and determined. Rave on!

Great song, gorgeously sung. I’d phone banked back in 2016. And I remember the utter letdown vividly.

One good thing. I take care of my friend’s dog sometimes when work keeps him away too much. There’s a river we walk by. The other day, we spotted a band of river otters— grunting and diving and rolling together. It’s a rare sight, as they’re nocturnal. A flock of geese flew over our heads. The river was streaked with fall colors. Immersing myself as often as I can in beauty like that is one of the ways I keep myself hopeful / renew my energy.

No better salve. I can almost see it! We just don’t have otters over here! Wonderful, Holly.

Thanks for your work in AZ! I'll be staffing a hotline for people who are trying to vote and encountering problems. It's good work! Also, remember we outnumber the misguided and wrongheaded and haters. We really do. <3

It has aged way too well btw. Still utterly, perhaps even more, current.

SAD! I shouldn't even quote that. But it is a bummer. Still, I do like the song.
